The project is a one-stop women and children's health care hospital, providing a full range of services from childbirth, newborn care and children's outpatient service. The hospital includes 155 beds, providing expanded and comprehensive professional paediatric care.

The design style of the hospital revolves around rich design elements, and the public area includes children's play space, physical examination center, leisure area, and prenatal delivery center to support the clinically proven advanced treatment scheme. Multiple births can be in the same room. Each family room has a locker, shower, play and rest space to prepare for the birth of a child. The entire delivery area is a completely independent unit, including three Caesarean section suites, an advanced infant rehabilitation area and a prenatal suite to support high-risk pregnancies.
