The project is located in Jinhu District, Manjiang Street, Dali City. It is invested and developed by Jincheng Holding Group. It is planned to use 255 hectares (3830 mu) of about 1200 mu of waterfront park and 660 mu of mountain park, with a total construction area of about 1.48 million square meters. The design concept of the project is to build a national health tourism demonstration base, a national health destination, and a landscape happy health town based on slow life. Build an ecological resort integrating forest health care, vacation and leisure, ecological tourism and cultural experience.

Dali Slow Valley is divided into three main sub areas and clusters. The Golden Age of Area A of the project has planned a full range of multi-functional scenario towns including Slow Valley, which represents the spirit of Dali Slow Valley, as well as Banhai Community (western-style houses, high-rise buildings, apartments), Boyun Holiday Inn under Bailian Group, and Slow Valley World Business Block; Dali Xiaoye, Zone B of the project, combines natural ecological resources such as wetlands and mountain mines to create a healthy rural tourism group integrating sightseeing, entertainment, accommodation, culture and experience, such as Slow Valley Water Town, Mountain Park, Dongshanye City and beautiful countryside; The super town in Zone C of the project integrates high-end cross-border resources in Zhejiang University medical and various fields inside and outside the group on the livable ecological base, and sets up education town, health care town, smart health care community, etc., integrating education and health care.
