The overall building is divided into four floors, including a commercial entertainment complex, a large indoor immersion amusement park, three 750 room Royal Le Meridien Hotels and five-star hotels and luxury apartments in Wandom Palace.
The design inspiration of the project comes from Rue de la Paix, a famous historical block in Paris, France. This design is an open concept. It combines French architecture with the Middle East style to create the largest top luxury shopping center in the Middle East. The commercial center has introduced 580 brands of fashion stores, including Gucci, Dior, Jimmy Choo, Chanel, Tom Ford, Manolo Blahnik, Celine, etc. The project is equipped with a large number of catering venues, It includes cafes, restaurants and food courts, as well as immersive entertainment, theaters and cinemas. The project passes through the entire commercial and entertainment complex through a canal connecting the sea. A large interactive 3D laser water show and fountain are designed in the center of the square.
