Yas Island is located in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The total land area of the project is 2500 hectares (25 square kilometers). The starting area is about 900 hectares, with an average annual tourist volume of 28 million. Invested by Miral Asset Management Group, it is the world's first urban renewal project and cultural leisure resort destination for urban memory rejuvenation with the "search for lost pearls" IP as the main axis, and it is also one of the most famous comprehensive tourism development projects in Abu Dhabi.

Yasi Bay is a comprehensive development project covering an area of 1.28 million square meters, with a total construction area of 1.7 million square meters, located in the south of Yasi Island. The total investment is about 4 billion dirhams. The project consists of three different groups. First, the waterfront area is mainly a leisure and entertainment area, including Hilton Hotel, coffee shop, bar and restaurant, beach club and Atihad Arena. The second is the Yasi Bay residence, which has 19 parks, two schools, three mosques and community retail stores. The third is the media industry creative park and the Yasi Wharf, which includes 1500 berths. The project will meet the average annual visitor volume of 6.3 million people.
